The main equipment of cold rolling plant includes two single-stand CVC 6-hi cold rolling mills (CRMs) and one three-stand CVC 6-hi tandem cold rolling mill (TCM). The cold rolling mill unit was jointly manufactured by Germany SMS and Sweden ABB; the equipment installation level has reached the world most advanced level. Main production is involved to 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx and 8xxx series of aluminum alloy, the main products are can body stock, can end stock and aluminum foil stock, with the highest unit speed 1800m/min, the minimum product thickness 0.1mm, the maximum product width 2100mm, the maximum product diameter 2800mm and the maximum strip coil weight 30 tons. The tandem cold rolling mill is the first and the most advanced aluminum sheet & strip cold continuous rolling mill unit in China.
