Recently, the dispatching department of Flat-rolled Product Division of Nanshan Aluminum invited doctors from emergency department of Nanshan Branch of Qilu Hospital to the company and conduct the first-aid knowledge training. About 23 employees participated in the training.
The training was conducted through a combination of offline practice and online video. The training teacher explained in detail the first-aid knowledge for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, traumatic hemostasis, bandaging, bone rupture handling, scalds and burns, electric shock, sunstroke and other common emergencies through graphic PPT courseware and vivid cases. The whole process is simple and easy to understand. Meanwhile, through live demonstration, they explained the open air passage, closed chest cardiac massage, artificial respiration and other cardio-pulmonary resuscitation procedures and trauma bandaging methods, and pointed out the essentials of various operating procedures, at the same time, employees were invited to conduct on-site drills to enable employees to understand first-aid methods and skills in a lively manner, so that employees can directly and correctly and promptly deal with emergencies in the first time. In the whole training course, the employees actively participate in the interaction.
After the training, everyone had such expression: everyone has gained a lot of benefits through the training and thanks to the professional lecture of teachers. They have understood first aid concept, have learned more standardized first aid actions and first aid knowledge. This is particularly practical training, and with great gains, they will be calm to react whenever encountering emergencies in work and life. The trainer said that, during daily life and work, everyone may encounter emergencies. If they can deal with it correctly in the first time, they may save one’s life or even a family, meanwhile the hospitals will actively take advantage of medical technology, popularize first aid knowledge, infiltrate medical knowledge and first aid knowledge into the lives of the masses so that everyone knows first aid, and everyone understands first aid.
Through this training, employees can deepen their understanding of first aid knowledge against emergencies, improve their capabilities to response to emergencies, accident rescue and self-rescue & mutually-rescue, and play the role of actively promoting the company's safe production.
