Recently,
good news came from the State Intellectual Property Office that “a
scandium-containing Al-Cu series heat-resistant aluminum alloy and its
preparation method” independently developed and designed by Nanshan Aluminum
won the national invention patent and a certificate was awarded.
The patent relates to the
production process of aluminum profiles: aluminum alloy is sequentially melted,
homogenized, annealed, extruded, quenched, stretched and aged. While increasing
the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy, it does not reduce the ductility,
and also has good heat resistance.
